As well as Hyaluronic Acid and Ectoin, it contains Methylsulphonylmethane (MSM), an organosulfide with important photoprotective, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties:

  • with a cytoprotective effect on keratinocytes after exposure to UVB rays and counteracts UVA damage to fibroblasts;
  • acting as an ROS scavenger;
  • regulating the production of pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1 alpha and reducing UV-induced erythema.
